The Monroe Partnership performed the planning and design of this site located in downtown, New Canaan.  The existing buildings consist of approximately 3,600 SF of commercial space, and four residential units in a multi-family residential building.  The existing building was documented, and developed to renovate the residential units, and add two additional units on the second floor of the commercial structure.  The site was also redesigned to accommodate 8 luxury condominiums and 1,800 SF of commercial space; 24 parking spaces were added below the structure to accommodate parking requirements.
