The Odd Fellows Hall building has been an important feature of the Waterbury green for centuries.  It was originally constructed as the Second Congregational Church, then developed as the Odd Fellows office building with portions of the church remaining.  This historic structure is currently being renovated to accommodate UConn Nursing School and Virtual Laboratories facilities; this includes simulation laboratories, collaborative learning, research laboratories, maker space, offices, and support space.  This renovation includes significant structural repairs and restoration of the exterior of this historical structure.
