This is a 59 unit, 3-story residential building with parking below.  The building design and site features reinforce the connection with the Selleck’s woods nature preserve, including natural building materials, trellises at the building entry, unit patios, and fitness center, as well as a gazebo at the entry to the nature preserve trail system.  The existing 2-story office building will be removed, except for the parking below.
