Medical Office Building

New Canaan, Connecticut

This is an existing building, formerly used as a dance studio.  The project consisted of reconfiguring the interior to accommodate medical offices, including adding a second floor for a portion of the building.  An elevator was added to provide handicapped accessibility to the second floor, and stairs were added to accommodate egress.  The exterior of the building was redeveloped to present an aesthetic consistent with the highest level of health care.
