This athletic facility is developed to include an Olympic size swimming pool, a 1,200 seat basketball and volleyball court, exercise rooms, student meeting areas, and athletic department offices. The primary façade faces a regional highway, acting as a gateway to the campus. A 500 space parking garage is included in the development to accommodate the participants.
