222, 280, 282 Railroad Avenue in Greenwich consists of three office and retail buildings constructed in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s.  The buildings are dated, and the renovation of the buildings was focused on recreating the architecture to a mill-building aesthetic including increasing the window sizes, making the buildings and site more attractive to tenant groups, and regenerating the complex which is in walking distance to the railroad station into a viable development for the future.  The work included renovation of the exteriors, interior core spaces, as well as several interior fit-ups for tenants.
